What We Do
WE CARE is dedicated to creating a world in which every woman, regardless of her background or financial circumstances, has access to education. We believe education is the foundation of confidence, independence, and leadership.
Through awareness campaigns, international collaborations, and resource collection, WE CARE works to:
- Provide women with access to schools, mentorship, and higher education.
- Challenge restrictive norms and stereotypes placed on women.
- Equip women with the tools, networks, and confidence they need to succeed.
We are guided by a vision that education is not a privilege: it is a universal right.
Our Collaborations
Veerni Project – Rajasthan, India
WE CARE partners with Veerni, an organization that provides education to child brides, orphans, and girls otherwise denied opportunities in rural villages of Rajasthan. Veerni offers free education at its boarding school and supports students beyond high school. WE CARE contributes directly to the College Initiative, which provides financial aid for women pursuing higher education after graduation.
iWIN – International Women in Intensive and Critical Care Network
Our newest collaboration is with iWIN, a doctor-led initiative committed to reducing inequality in healthcare by promoting innovation, diversity, advocacy, and education. Together, WE CARE and iWIN are building a mentorship-sponsorship program that connects aspiring pre-medical students with female healthcare professionals.
This program creates opportunities for young women to:
- Work alongside mentors on research projects such as literature reviews.
- Develop professional confidence and networks in medicine.
- Ask questions, seek guidance, and receive sponsorship that advances their careers.
Through this initiative, we aim to ensure women in medicine are not only mentored, but also sponsored and actively supported in their career journeys.
Our Vision
Education has the power to transform lives. By collaborating globally, raising awareness, and generating resources, WE CARE is creating pathways for women to achieve their full potential and reshape the future for generations to come.
